
This is our first year working with Odar Velazco, but not our first coffee from the Chirinos, Cajamarca region in Peru. This farm is Organic and Fair Trade certified. Finca La Bolaina is 2 hectares and has roughly 7,000 trees. He produces between 800 and 1150 kgs of coffee annually. Odar utilizes a 30 hour wet fermentation followed by 12 days of patio drying. This coffee is syrupy sweet, lush, and sure to be a crowd pleaser.
